About the Event
Since its inception in 2012, Spring Soirée has striven to provide an engaging, welcoming and a realistic opportunity for all business students to grasp a fraction of the Business world.
Spring Soirée has been one of the fastest growing stand-up networking event in Western Canada and we welcome you join us at Spring Soirée 2017 happening at the Sheraton Wall Centre on March 16th.
This year, we have curated the theme of Aligning culture with Organizational Strategy, focusing in the field of International Business, Human Resource Management and Business Technology. The evening will feature three keynote speakers who will deliver their professional and personal standpoints; each distinguished speaker will be sharing their insights and experiences to enlighten students on how to manage change in different environments. There will be a number of networking sessions throughout the evening where students and industry professionals will have the opportunity to build invaluable relationship with one another, whilst receiving exposures to the industries the students are interested in. The evening will end with a silent auction where all proceeds will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Vancouver.
The lively and stimulating networking environment of Spring Soirée supplements the personal growth of all business students, aiming to equip students on their road to success. Every year, Spring Soirée welcomes hundreds of SFU students and professionals from the Lower Mainland, and continues to expand student participation in an activity that hones public speaking skills, networking, and student engagement.
Spring Soirée is the perfect destination to not only showcase and outline the culture and merits of the Human Resources Industry, but to also provide students an opportunity to generate conversation and build meaningful connections with professionals.
